Video Upload Instructions

Have a video you want to send to Dr. Nath? Follow the steps below:

• Click the link that is provided below after all steps have been read
• Once you've clicked the link and have entered the upload page, type in the information being asked
  (name, number, email, description of injury and file you would like to upload)
• We are limiting size of the File upto 15 MB i.e File size < 15 MB .
• All video file formats are supported for upload also zip file format is supported for upload.
• If you have problem uploading file please check for file size and/or file type.
• Attatching your file:
  • In the "filepath" box you will attatch your file by clicking browse, locating the video
    in your files and hit OPEN.
  • After all of the above steps are done hit the "upload" button and you are complete!
