Surgery works

Our son was born on 12/04/04. Because of a birthing injury he has a right brachial plexus injury, Erb's Palsy. We were first told by a neurologist in Chicago no surgery until after a year. We became involved in the family connections 0-3 program and heard about Dr. Nath. After seeing Dr. Nath in Villa Park at one of his seminars, he said it was imperative to get surgery before a year old or there was probable cause of permanent paralysis. We had mod quad surgery in July 2005 when Billy was 7 months old. We just saw Dr. Nath and he said our son was well on his way with recovery and no more surgery. Just therapy and Botox injections to strengthen his bicep. We can't began to tell anyone how this has effected our life, but with the generous help and availability of Dr. NAth and his staff still to this day, it has been very easy. Be strong and search for help, emotionally and financially.
